Job Description of HICARE LTD:

Position : Technical Support Executive/Officer

Job Responsibilities  :

1.  Carry out visit as per schedule in listed NKA & FM Accounts
2.  Check the service delivery as per frequency, technician punctuality, Gel usage & glue pads / rodent box during every site visit
3.  Conduct the customer site audit & submit report to RTM as per set frequency
4.  Build relation with the key person at the site to ensure necessary support required to produce best in class outcome
5.  Attending complaints in the listed NKA & FM accounts and resolving it within 24 Hrs.

2) Take proper instructions from the CCO
3) Mobilize right equipment and proper chemical
4) Reporting at customers premise in time with presentable manner.
